PARAKLETOS COLLECTIVE VISION:
Whilst the Greek word "Parakletos" is used in the Bible in reference to the Holy Spirit and what we have available to us – Parakletos Collective aims to bring those characteristics of advocate, comforter and helper into the snow, surf and skate culture.

This world has partnered God's playground with lifestyles that more often than not lead down a dark road. We all struggle. We all have mates who struggle, and the culture of our sports can lead us down some dark paths. Stand out, be a light.

WHAT DOES PARAKLETOS MEAN?

The Greek word "parakletos" (παράκλητος), commonly translated as 'advocate,' 'comforter,' or 'helper,' refers to someone who is called to one's side to provide assistance, support, or intercession. Or as we like to refer as –
The One Who Walks Beside.

DO YOU DO REFUNDS?

We don’t offer refunds, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at parakletoscollective@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We do not accept refunds, however we are happy to assist with a return and exchange if applicable.

Only items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print may be returned.

No returns are accepted after 14 days of receipt of purchase.

We do not exchange for the following:

  • Change of mind
  • Stock delays. We do not hold stock of all the apparel options we have on our site, and order them from our suppliers once orders are confirmed. Occasionally an item you have ordered on our site, will be out of stock with our supplier. This is out of our control. We will always let you know the next business day after your order and will either give you alternatives, or can fully refund for any out of stock items.
  • Courier delivery timeframes. We cannot take responsibility for delays in courier delivery, as this is out of our hands. Please order well before you need your items.
  • The wrong garment size. As all items are custom printed to order and we don't hold stock, we can't accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size is chosen. All of the measurements are given for each product, it is up the customer to check that the size chosen is correct.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

We don't do returns for wrong sizing or colours purchased, however if your item is damaged, please send us an email at parakletoscollective@gmail.com and we'll happy to help
